One of my jerk-trainings

Today I want to tell you about one of my trainings. I perfect to train together with someone from my students. Yesterday we practiced with Vitaly Krupennikov (he is KMS, his body weight is 80 kg). The purpose of training was to work in jerk 32 kg at a good pace.

We performed the following exercises:
1. Jerk kettlebells 32 kg 8 sets per 1 minute. Rest 1 minute. We jerked by turn. My results was: 10/11/11/11/12/13/15/16. Results of Vitaly was: 11/11/11/11/12/13/14/15. Let me remind you – rest between sets was 1 minute!
2. Squats 70 kg 3 / 7
3. High jumps 1 / 25 + 1 / 30 + 1 / 25
4. Pullups 2 / 10
5. Jogging 2 km (for muscle relaxation)
